MobReady IEEP Workshop – May 2023

ZSIC was approached by Will Middleton, Mob Ready, Operations Manager, Wiradjuri Tribal Sovereign Nation – Dubbo, to design and deliver an Indigenous Employee Employment Program (IEEP), for their new Indigenous recruits stepping into the workforce.

The IEEP Workshop was held on Friday 5th May 2023 at DFO Homebush, Sydney – ZSIC facilitated this unique face-to-face IEEP.

Through Will Middleton’s Indigenous Leadership, ZSIC was provided this opportunity of empowering future young Indigenous leaders entering the workforce with a power-packed IEEP that covered the following topics:

1. Work on time

2. Workplace Culture

3. Succession Planning

4. Cultural Supervision

5. Chain/Line of Management, eg: Consultation & Engagement
